The religious leaders accused on TheCable.org have all been given the opportunity to respond to their victims to “Make It Right.”

 

TheCable.org chooses to publish the personal story of the victim on account that these religious leaders have systematically and vehemently refused to respond to requests to right any wrongs they have done.

​

We also have in evidence, attempts made by the UK Police to seek rectification for the victim accusing perpetrators such as Liverpool One Church and Jaimie and Nyarai Garande.

​

Whilst these parties do not deny their actions, they continue to refuse to apologise or “Make It Right” with their victims.

​

This is a clear pattern of abuse which needs to be made known to the general public.

​

WE BELIEVE:

​

After all attempts to resolve the incident have been exhausted;

we believe that for the safety of all, the actions of these individuals needs to be brought to light to better protect the public and the vulnerable from coming into harmful situations when attending these religious organisations and when interacting with these particular religious leaders.​

The Law 

UK law states that if a publication or claim is being made as a warning to the general public to warn of patterns of abuse and misconduct then the libel claim will not stand.

​​

It is our belief that if a perpertrator refuses the opportunity to "Right The Wrong" after several appeals are made to do so, then they intend to repeat and inflict the same behaviour on another.
